Shipping & Returns

Shipping
     Order will be shipped after order is placed and paid by transfering your payment to our Bank account. We must be informed about the Payment via E-mail or via "inform us about your payment / contact us" (go to the page in the website)
     Order will be delivered by EMS within 5-7 business days from ship.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be varies, up to the product you order.
- All orders are given an order number. Please refer to this number for tracking shipments.

Product exchange / Refund Instructions
If your order is not delivered within 5-7 Business days from ship, please contact us at sales@AVBestBuy.com . Please inform us : your name, the payment date, total amount, information of order, Order no. , Your E-mail address and telephone no. . We will track the shipment as soon as we recieve your information.
- If for any reason your order is not delivered within 20 business days from ship, please contact us at sales@AVBestBuy.com . In this situation If you wish to cancel the order, we offer a complete refund.

Returns, Exchanges and Damages
- At this moment, we are unable to accept Return/Exchanges.
- For Damaged product, follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship damaged product within 5 business days from delivery by EMS, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. The replacement product will be shipped as soon as we recive the damaged product from you.
