How to place your order

Buying from us is easy. There are 4 ways to place an order with us.

E-mail, Telephone Fax Order, Please place your order with us first. There is shipping cost that must be added to the total amount of your order.

- Transfer money to our Bank account and inform us about your payment.
After your payment has approved, we will ship the product via EMS.

How to order with us via shopping cart system in our website.
1. Add the chosen product to your shopping cart.
2. Click "Check out"
3. If you are registered member, you can go to the next step. But if you are a new customer, you have to register as a new customer first.
4. Register procedure is very easy, just take about 1-2 minutes. Just tell us about your name, your address, your e-mail address and Tel.no.
5. Confirm your order.
6. You will recieve a confirmation from us via E-mail for your reference.
7. Transfer the payment to one of these Bank Accounts :-
You can transfer money via counter service at the Bank or transfer money via ATM machine (24 hours) Be careful, do not mistype the Account no. You should transfer money in odd number Ex:- 1,200.01 or 800.27 (It is easier to track your transaction.)
To avoid Transfer Fee, If you live in Bangkok, you can deposit to our Bank acct. in Bangkok directly.

8. Inform us about your transfer via E-mail :- Sales@AVBestBuy.com or via "imform us about payment / Contact us" page. Please tell us about your name, your E-mail address, Order no., Information of the chosen product, Total amount, Name of the Bank ,Branch and Date of transfer. If we do not recieve this information, The shipment may be delayed.

9. After we recieve the payment, Order(s) will be shipped via EMS. Order(s) should be delivered within 5-7 business days from ship.
